SMP's Little Black Book!

We cherish having such a great relationship with the always stunning and inspirational blog Style Me Pretty. Here's to another year of wedding amazingness.

...and I can't help but notice that their color scheme this year is a lot like mine on this blog. Win!

Sarah + Andreas

This beautiful, short and sweet winter wedding took place this December at the New York Yacht Club in Newport, RI. I especially liked this wedding since the couple kept everything so simple - a tight guest list of immediate family and only their closest friends, using the enchanting tiny chapel at the bottom of the property for the ceremony, and allowing the festive decor and built-in beauty of the historic Club to speak for itself.

This Chapel is something to see - inside, it's as if time has completely stood still! The photographs on the walls date back to the beginning of the Club and share the incredible, detailed history of the property. This Chapel, built in 1845, was actually the Club's first official Clubhouse and more details about it's journey to Newport can be found here

It was a frigid late December afternoon, but no one seemed to mind...

We braved the biting wind and low temperatures to catch the last of the sunset overlooking the harbor. These two made it look like a piece of cake! Speaking of cake...

Inviting, cozy and warm...

Congratulations Sarah and Andreas! Happy New Year and Cheers to you!

Steph and Jonathan featured in Style Me Pretty!

We are so excited to have another wedding featured on Style Me Pretty!
We're also excited that Style Me Pretty included so many pages of our images in this feature...
Steph and Jonathan's wedding was a romantic summer day at Misquamicut Beach Club in RI. See more and read more about their ideas and details by clicking the link below.

I also added a bunch of my faves towards the bottom - lots to see from this awesome day! Enjoy!

You can view the full feature on SMP here.

The soft pinks and peach tones of the bridesmaid's dresses looked sweet and romantic against the earthy backdrops of the day.

The bride made the incredible bouquet herself - a collection of pins, baubles and jewelry that once belonged to her mother.

Woohoo!

I love Steph's sultry poses! She was hilarious, totally at ease all day, and having the time of her life. The way it should be!

I love how these fun cabanas gave us so much to work with...

Congratulations to Stephanie and Jonathan! And happy New Year to you and all the newly engaged couples of 2013!
